All Atlantic Game - Media Terms of Services

Permitted Use:

All registered media personnel are granted access to AAG Media Services for the purpose of covering and reporting on All Atlantic Game events.

Restrictions:

Media users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the events or the experience of other attendees.

Content Sharing:

Media users are permitted to share content related to AAG events, provided that proper attribution is given to All Atlantic Game.

Profit Sharing:

In the event that any media user sells pictures or videos taken during All Atlantic Game events, a profit-sharing agreement of 50/50 must be adhered to. This means that 50% of the profit generated must be shared with All Atlantic Game.

Compliance with Laws:

Media users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using AAG Media Services, including copyright laws and privacy regulations.

Limitation of Liability:

All Atlantic Game shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained by media users during the course of covering AAG events. Media users assume all risks associated with their participation.

Termination:

All Atlantic Game reserves the right to terminate access to AAG Media Services for any media user found to be in violation of these terms.

Modification of Terms:

All Atlantic Game may modify these terms at any time. Media users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of AAG Media Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
